If the content of a book does not meet your needs, we will be happy to issue a store credit for non-clearance books returned in saleable condition within 30 days. The sales on clearance books is final.
If a book or other media is damaged (missing pages, cd doesn’t play, etc.), contact us and we will arrange to replace the item.
Please note that the full credit price will only be issued for books in like-new condition. Books that arrive in less-than-like-new condition may only receive a partial credit or be returned.
Make sure you pack your returns carefully!
This means: please DO NOT put the book unprotected into a padded envelope. Most books cannot withstand shipping in a mailer alone and still be in brand-new condition. Please DO pack your book in a box with packing so it doesn’t shift around. Alternatively, encase the book in cardboard pads (rubber bands work well) and then use the padded mailer. We regret that shrink-wrapped audio media (videos, tapes, cds) cannot be returned once the shrink-wrap is broken. This does not apply to the occasional book which is shrink-wrapped by the publisher.
