Returns Policy

If the content of a book does not meet your needs, we will be happy to issue a store credit for books returned in saleable condition within 30 days.

If a book or other media is damaged (missing pages, cd doesn’t play, etc.), contact us and we will arrange to replace the item.

We regret that shrink-wrapped audio media (videos, tapes, cds) cannot be returned once the shrink-wrap is broken. This does not apply to the occasional book which is shrink-wrapped by the publisher.
